Since the majority of their customers were now underage college students, the shops aren't sure what to do about business. The problem: Vape shops are not making enough now that the law has passed you must be 21-years-old to buy vape/tobacco products. Who has the problem: Vape shops in Gainesville and now nationwide, vapers who can't vape anymore because they are too young, and tobacco/vape companies 3. UF health wants to make sure it doesn't come anywhere near the college The problem: The coronavirus spreading in people getting it Who has the problem: China, possibly Gainesville, students, professors, the university, possibly the US. 4. Gainesville ranks among top cities in the country for cases of STDs https://www.alligator.org/news/gainesville-ranks-among-top-cities-in-country-for-cases-of/article_a9329c42-3ce5-11ea-8273-ab9d4cbb9e51.html Gainesville is one of the top cities in the country for STD cases, due to the college town having an influx number of students who aren't doing things safely. The problem: Gainesville population has a lot fo STD's Who has the problem: Gainesville, students at the university, health officials dealing with it. 5. Lucky’s Market to close Gainesville store https://www.alligator.org/news/lucky-s-market-to-close-gainesville-store/article_fc025624-3cc2-11ea-ad24-1fe08ac3b783.html Lucky's market is closing in Gainesville and many are sad to see it leave. The problem: Lucky's market is closing Who has the problem: students, Gainesville community, employees, people who used to go there, anyone who shops there.

    Hi Anna! Unfortunately, your layout for this assignment was pretty hard to read and understand. However, I was able to read about each of your five articles. We had some of the same articles and it was interesting to read your point of view about them. For the future, I would work on the layout and make it easier to find each of the five articles by putting spacing between them as well as being able to click on links easier and not having to copy and paste them into the search bar.

Creating a Customer Avatar

My customer avatar could be a wide range of people, but if I had to be specific about who my customer was, this is what I'd imagine they would be. My customer doesn't have to be in a specific age range, but probably someone who is over 30 and is working multiple jobs. I would imagine they are hard working and try to save as much money as they can, so if this means using a bike to get to work or not having a car, they would do it. My customer avatar may have a family, probably with a few kids, but my customer avatar would probably not have a significant other or else they would be better off financially. I think my customer avatar also in her free time would be cooking and cleaning and doing things they have to get done because they wouldn't be able to afford a lot of free time. I would think that my customer is a democrat,, considering most people who live in California are and also anyone who is struggling to afford the housing there would support democrats trying to give ...

Whats Next

The next step is to implement lots that have cheaper housing so that people with lower incomes still have places to live. I didn't necessarily get a chance to talk to homeless people in California, but I did talk to people like real estate as well as people who have studied the topic in the area. The general next steps to make the product possible would be to talk to the governing body in California, and set up where these places would go. Also to contact any non-profit organizations that could help. In a different market, these places could be used as immigration centers as well. We shouldn't be holding people under terrible conditions and if this could be a way for people to get the things they need and be checked than it may work. This topic is very controversial, but making shelters like this could be a huge help if it was done the right way.
